MSIL Family Day 2024 - PRIVACY POLICY
1. General
1.1. MSIL,
("Service Provider" or "we" or "us" or
"our") recognizes the importance of your ("you" or
"yours" or "your") privacy and is committed to the
protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy
("Policy") applies to all the services offered through the Family Day app by the
Service Provider ("Platform").
1.2. This Policy
describes how we collect, store, use, share and protect your personal
information.
1.3. By visiting the
Platform and/or registering and/or signing up for the Platform and/or by
clicking "I Agree", it will be deemed that you accept the terms of
this Policy.
1.4. This Policy is an
electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as
amended/re-enacted from time to time) ("IT Act") and rules
thereunder, and, amongst others, is published in accordance with the provisions
of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules,
2011, which mandates for publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy
and terms of use for access or usage of the App. This Policy is an electronic
record, generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or
digital signatures.
1.5. This Policy is
subject to modification based on changes in the business, legal and regulatory
requirements and will be updated online. We will make all efforts to
communicate any significant changes to this Policy to you. However, you are
encouraged to periodically visit this page to review the Policy and any changes
to it. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the bottom of the page
by its effective date.
1.6. Please be aware
that certain features and or Services of this Platform may not be available to
you if you elect not to provide certain personal data. Any personal data you
provide to us will be used in accordance with this Policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1. Throughout this
policy, we use the term "personal information" to describe
information that can be used to identify you. For the purposes of this Privacy
Policy, the term “personal information” shall also include sensitive personal
information.
2.2. On this Platform,
we may request personal information about you. Examples of personal information
that we may collect includes your name, contact information, email address and
other information in combination with these identifiers. We also collect your
IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the
pages you accessed on our Platform. We do not use cookies to store information
on your computer.

Platform analytics and measure Platform performance;

4. How we use the Personal Information
collected
4.1. To provide you
Services: We collect your personal information to provide you the services
offered through the Platform.
4.2. To communicate
with you: We collect your contact information in order to
provide you information about your transactions with us including access to
Platform and counseling sessions attended or your appointment related details.
Further, you may subscribe to one of our mailing lists. In these instances, we
may use the information that you provide to us to take the steps necessary to
respond to your request. Depending on your request, we may collect your contact
information (such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, job title).
4.3. To respond to
your queries: When you send email or other communications, we may retain those
communications in order to process your inquiries,
respond to your requests, provide and improve our services.
4.4. Platform Analytics: Where permitted by
law, we may combine personal information you provide with other information
you've provided to our Platform. Your personal information may be used in order to compile statistics such as the number of clients
we see on a monthly basis, the number of males/females, the ages of clients
counseled etc. This information may be used to administer, manage or develop
our services.
4.5. To run and
maintain our Platform: We use this information to secure our Platform, network
systems, and other assets. This may include information concerning your IP
Address, geographic location, resources you have accessed, and similar
information. We collect this information automatically, for our legitimate
business interest We also use it to provide anonymous reporting, conduct
research, monitor and improve our services.
5. Sharing Your Personal Information
5.1. We strive to keep
your personal information confidential and will place reasonable security
controls to protect it. Your personal information will be kept confidential as
required under applicable laws.
5.3. We may
share/transfer your personal information with/to third parties, provided, we
obtain necessary consent from you before the sharing/transferring of such

personal information with external organizations or individuals if we believe
that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably

Non-Personal Information:
6.1. Non-personal
information is defined as any data that does not personally identify you and
may include unique system or hardware identifiers, system or application
software, and peripherals.
6.2. Any non-personal
information, which when clubbed with personal information becomes personal
information, shall be treated as personal information.
6.3. The following is
the manner in which we collect, use, share and retain
non-personal information.
6.3.1. Collection -
You agree that the Platform may collect diagnostic, technical and usage related
information for the usage purposes described below.
6.3.2. Usage - The
above-mentioned information is gathered periodically to provide and improve the
Platform and Services therein, facilitate the provision of software updates,
provide support and to verify compliance with the terms of this Policy.
6.3.3. Sharing - As
non-personal information does not personally identify you, we may use and
disclose non-personal information at our discretion, subject to applicable
laws.
6.3.4. Retention - The
information so collected shall be retained only for a limited duration
necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein unless a longer retention
period is required or permitted by law and only for the purposes defined above.
Once the purpose is achieved, all information is deleted in a safe and secure
mode.
7. Location Information
7.1. The Platform may
access, collect and analyze information related to your location on a regular
basis through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals and other technologies and data for
the performance of the services provided by the Platform and to help improve
the design, functionality, performance, and content of the Platform.
7.2. Except in cases
where any specific service requested by you requires or involves personal
identification, the Platform collects location data anonymously and in a form
that does not personally identify you. By using the Platform, you agree and
consent to transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your
location data and queries to provide and improve such services of the Platform.
8. Confidentiality and Security
8.1. We take appropriate
security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized
alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. We protect it by maintaining
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. The Platform can only be
accessed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol only. This would enable the
data to be encrypted between your computer and 1to1help server. The SSL is
VeriSign Certified.
8.2. We restrict
access to your personal information only by employees, affiliates and
consultants of the Platform, that too, only on a need-to-know basis in order to provide our
Services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality
obligations/commitments.
8.3. All personal
information gathered during the provision of the Services will remain
confidential and secure except when:
8.3.1. It is
subpoenaed by a court; or
8.3.2. Failure to
disclose the information would place you or another person at risk, or
8.3.3. Your prior
approval has been obtained to; or
8.3.4. Provide a
written report to another professional or agency (subject to your consent); or
8.3.5. Discuss the
material with another person e.g. a parent or employer, only where we believe
that sharing of such information is necessary for your own wellbeing.
9. Access, Deletion and Correction
9.1. We take
reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information we process is
accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or
correct their personal information whenever necessary. You shall be responsible
to ensure that the information or data you provide from time to time is and
shall be correct, current and updated and you have all the rights, permissions
and consents to provide such information or data.
9.3. You may note that
deletion of certain information or withdrawal of consent may lead to
cancellation of your access to the Platform or your access to certain features
and services of the Platform.
10. Retention And Storage Of
Your Personal Information
10.1. The personal
information so collected shall be retained only for a period of 3 (three
months) to fulfill the purposes outlined herein unless a longer retention
period is required or permitted by law and only for the purposes defined above.
Once the purpose is achieved, all personal information is deleted in a safe and
secure mode.
10.2. We have adopted
reasonable security practices and procedures as required under applicable law
and have included strategic, operational, managerial, technical and physical
security controls to safeguard and protect your data and information.
11. Data Security
11.1. We and our
business partners take reasonable steps to protect your personal information we
access or receive through this Platform from loss, misuse, and unauthorized
access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Nevertheless, we make no
guarantee as to the security of your personal information and disclaims, to the
fullest extent permitted by law, all liability and damages caused by loss,
misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We
recommend that you take any available precautions to protect your personal
information you submit on this Platform.
